Taylor Forced To Eat While Shooting Breaking Dawn

Taylor Lautner famously beefed up to play werewolf Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Since the 2009 film, the 19-year-old actor has maintained his buff bod -- much to the chagrin of those around him.

"I had people bringing me food and shoving it in my face, saying 'Eat, Taylor!' They sort of had to force me," Lautner tells Parade of shooting The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1. "Then I had to get my butt in the gym, and that's difficult because we were filming 12- to 15-hour days."

"I can definitely say that after my last shirtless scene, as soon as I wrapped, it was a huge celebration," the actor says. "I went out and had desert for the first time in a while, and I took few days off of the gym." Lautner -- who dumped girlfriend Lily Collins in September -- adds that he isn't worried about losing his fit physique now that filming is over.

"I've pretty much always been a pretty healthy eater and I don't pig out. If I occasionally want ice cream or something, I can have it," he tells Parade. "I've always been really active. I grew up playing sports, so I'm always shooting hoops or throwing the football with my friends. I'm super-active in that sense."
