German Reality Show Taps Into "Twilight"

"A German fan tipped me off to this a few days ago, but my four years of German 20years ago in high school have waned, so I had no way to follow up and clarify the validity of this...until now.

Looks like it's a go- German fans will compete on a reality show to win a coveted spot in one of the Twilight Saga films":

Til Schweiger with "Mission Hollywood" contenders

"Mission Hollywood" premieres June 8 on the German network RTL, and features Til Schweiger, famous German star.

Judges will include Carmen Electra, German A-listers Thomas Kretschmann and Moritz Bleibtreu, and even Summit Entertainment exec Michael Schaefer.

Contestants will re-enact classic movie scenes for flicks such as "Dirty Dancing," "Misery," and "9 1/2 Weeks," and will do stunt work as well.
