From Twilight Treasury: Following the outstanding response from Twilight and Stephenie Meyer fans, the Russet Noon author has posted the following on their ebay pre order page -
"Dear eBay Buyers,
We regret to inform you that pre-order auctions for Russet Noon have been discontinued permanently. Everyone who purchased a copy of the novel will be issued a full refund within the next few days. There is a possibility that the novel might still be published online for free. However, the amount of threats and slander that some Twilight fans have spread on the web about Russet Noon might just be reason enough for the publishing team to pull the plug on this project altogether."
Now obviously threats are not good(Tut Tut), but woop to everyone who stood up against this blatant copyright infringement. Stephenie, we are all behind you.

well thats it no more Russet Noon...
Lets wait for a real SM novel...
Hope Midnight Sun comes out soon...
Good. That makes me happy that this was stopped and hopefully no one else gets 'ambitious' with Stephenie's characters.
good; I'm glad this seems to have been stopped before it got too far. I agree it's outrageous for someone to attempt to continue a story where it's original author left off and it's great to see Twilight fans sticking up for themselves and for Stephenie!!
Yay!!!!!
Haha she chickened out
Meh... The twilight series was never any good in the first place. :/
